  Very lovely hotel. We went in just for coffe and dessert, were greeted by a very friendly guy at the reception. The cafe's terrace has a great atmosphere.

  Let me share a story. We were in the hotel after a wedding this weekend. The bride went to check if everything is ok with our reservation. After she asked the guy in the reception, he just looked at her and asked:"are you sure you booked this hotel, really, you?". Like she was a lowlife! After her husbend started speaking english, suddenly he smiled. So if you speak czech or slovak you wont be treated like a international guest. I really cant say anything bad about the hotel and roomes but this type of behavior is absolutely disgusting. Also there were phones on the toilet, which was kinda strange.

  Lovely grand hotel. Highly recommended. Rooms are elegant and lovely. Breakfasts are very ample. Location is superb!
