  Just used the bar service for drinking and casual food. Superb! Saved my nightith style ;-)

  Upscale hotel, and one of the actually fairly few places in Prague with actual service. Had a few drinks in the bar and then a 12-person dinner in the restaurant. Bar service ok, slow but friendly. Restaurant service nice, up until (as usual in Prague) actual payment. They were completely unable to split the bill properly, spending literally hours on it! Also the wines are very overpriced.

  Only went to the restaurant and bar. Food was ok, wine was not. Prices are through the roof and not worth it. There is most likely a restaurant right around the corner or a 5-10min walk away that has better food and wine for 1/4 the price. The bar is decent though, but still way too expensive.

  This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Europe. The staff is amazing; they will bend over backwards to make your stay as good as humanly possible. Seriously, the front desk staff remembered my name during checkout, a week after I checked in.
