::First of all you have a big fat security who just randomly comes inton your room without knocking.. the food is horrible, staff is just disgraceful, the massage chair is the only good thing of the entire hotel.. you can't go outside afrer midnight they lock up the front doors and you have to knock if you want to come in, there is no where to sit outside, and i repeat again the staff is horrible, the bathrooms are not entirely cleaned and beds are uncomfortable.. 1 star is more than enough than what they deserved.. just shameful from them 😠 and one more thing, the bathroom doesn't have doors, the "doors" are just a regular closet doors so you can not even have your own privacy

::In my opinion, Olympik Tristar is not a place to keep in mind when going to Prague. For several reasons. One, the staff didn't feel welcoming, and they can quite get rude sometimes. Two, the hotel offers no wellness center, meaning that there is no Gym, nor spa. And yet, the most annoying part is that there is an A.C in my room, and no matter how much I increase the fan speed, It gets warmer and warmer. I don't know about the problem in the A.C, could've been my room only, or maybe worse, the whole hotel. Almost forgot one thing, which is the chargeable yet working wifi (3Euros). Could've gave it one star if it wasn't for the price of accommodation, and the suitable location.

::They do not have double bed. Only twins. They do not have slippers , enough towels , conditioner and shampoo - for 2 persons only 2 pieces. The tv is old and he opens verry hard : after 3 minutes. For breakfast , the coffee is bad!!! They have nasty nice insteaf of fresh .

::Food was great. All you can eat table. Rooms were above avarage. TV, AC, Nice Pillows, Great Bathroom. All you can expect from a 3 star hotel.

::The rooms smelled for the entire day like they have not been aired out recently. However they were clean. The older receptionist lady was terribly unpleasant and rude. The price she gave us was far more than what we registered for. The bill we got was just one for two rooms and it contained no explanation, just the final sum price in their currency while we paid in euros. The food was great and the stuff in the restaurant was kind though. Overall we stayed at a 3 star hotel, but paid like it was 4 star.
