::Highly recommend getting the manual lymphatic massage. If you have never had one before you might be surprised at how soft it is. It is like being massaged by a kitten. Don't be fooled though, it is very effective! I lost a dress size in 3 sessions, and even got rid of my back pain. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and the masseuse is super friendly and knows what she is doing. (For men only: Please do not ask the lady for any "special" treatment, this is NOT that kind of place.)
