  A girlfriend of mine and I went into this store to buy a Friday night 'going out' top - had a bit of cash to spend so thought let's give it a go. We walked in looking around, talking to one another when a snarly shop assistant walks by us and turns around and says, 'we don't have a men's section' - my girlfriend and I look at each other. We were both a bit stunned, only customers in the shop - the shop girl walks off. No 'hello' no 'welcome - how may I help you?' - so I went up to shop girl and said you seem to have a problem and a bad attitude, did we do something?. Instead of apologising she decided the best course of action was to argue. Not sure how well the store is doing for sales - but we decided to go to the competitor downstairs, and spent quite a bit of cash in less than 7 minutes! Lindex sort your staff out - manners don't cost anything - if your going to have staff that require an attitude adjustment make sure you run that in your training programme. Totally miffed! We won't be returning to your stores!
