I enjoy KFC in the Czech Republic versus American ones. This one was clean despite being busy. I needed to charge my phone because it died during my roaming of the old city and square, and like always, KFC came to the rescue with outlets I could use while I ate.

One of the most expensive fast food ever. Prices are crazy for oily fried chicken. I couldn't believe was I was paying. Go to a nice restaurant instead.

The toilets here are free!... And for a good reason. There will be no time to pay before your butt explodes! The chicken was tasty and was probably fine since it was well cooked. The French fries were OK, but a very small portion. The Twister tasted mostly OK, but the sauce tasted a bit strange and I'm wondering if that was the gut blaster that has me sitting on the toilet for two days. The staff could speak a little English. Just enough so that I got the wrong food. They "fixed" the order after I pointed out the error, but not before I was charged more money than everything should have cost. Beware, the staff don't seem to be familiar with the menu posted on the wall. It's probably best to order things that only appear on the menu behind them.

The staff isn't motivated at all. They don't care about the product and just tell you there out of hotwings, Without offering an alternative. Makes me sad.

Bad experience. Terrible service, good food. 1. One waiting line moves way way slower than the others. Once we got to the front, The blonde guy who was taking the order from another customer took food from our trail, that we already paid for, and put in on his customer's trail. Ours had to be replaced. That's how is was a faster waiting line, by slowing the others down. (Which might seem funny otherwise, but we've been waiting for 15-20 min in line and were hungry and he took the food off the trail, while his customer had waited way less) 2. If you want Pepsi or other such drinks, they're completely stale, as if they were opened and left on the table for the CO2 to escape. 3. Ice cream. The presentation image of it showed you can eat it with a spoon from a plastic container. What we received was something in a cone, that couldn't be placed down for you to eat your food first.
