  Felt victimised by staff. Initially agreed for my cousin's to leave their luggage in the room I paid for and for them to collect it and leave upon arrival. As it was new years, we arrived in two different Ubers/different times. Receptionist did not believe us and refused my cousin's to come upstairs to collect their belongings. She said that the receptionist in the morning told to "watch out" for us. Very unjust treatment towards us! Very disappointed in the lack of trust.

  Noisy, Poor quality of the room and the breakfast, Old carpet in the room ! Location not convenient... it was a mistake (well, my Institution reserved for me... never again)

  Little away from city centre. Rooms were ok according to the price. Close to the bus stop but little far from tram station. Staff was good and cooperative.

  Budget hotel. Good if you’re not planning to spend much time in hotel. A place to rest your head. Breakfast not good. Staff nice. No realy complaints do price but a budget hotel for sure
