  The staff was friendly and diligent. The rooms were very clean and so was the bathroom. I truly enjoyed the breakfast. There were a lot to choose from.

  Clean and cozy. Good breakfast menu. No elevators and a single cable car is the only means of transport between the main lobby and the hotels rooms up the hill. The cable car ride is amazing but the wait gets longer if many people are going down at the same time.

  Overall very nice hotel for a reasonable price. The inclined lift was super cool - definitely recommend going on it even if just to see the view. The only issue really is the location, which is pretty bad. To get to public transport it's a 10 minute walk along busy roads and up a steep hill, which in the freezing cold, icy weather is not pleasant.

  Excellent location. Friendly staff. The meals at in house restaurant were delicious and our server was outstanding, we came downstairs late and wanted a bite to eat before a tour, she stepped up and rushed out a delicious Coffee and soup

  Very nice hotel with excellent and very helpful staff. The room I had was quite large and the bed was comfortable which was great. The room was furnished nicely with modern furniture and had a well stocked mini-bar. The breakfast was also very good as was the on-site restaurant located in the other part of the hotel on the hilltop. Make sure you take the cable car up the hill to see the views. What makes this hotel stand out from the others is the professional staff who are all very professional and helpful.
