  Just awesome !!!! We have stayed at quite a few luxury hotels and this one goes straight to the top in terms of - hotel's infrastucture & amenities, wonderful staff, excellent food, location and the effort they take to customize the staying experience. A very special call-out to Agata and Michal. Agata was always full of energy , helped us with all the needed local information, helped with the logistical help we needed to move in and around Olomouc and patiently answered all our queries !!!! Michal was of great help while selecting f&b options in the hotel's restaurant and came up with great suggestions !! We will be back to this hotel and city in the near future !!

  NH Olomouc is the best hotel we have ever stayed at outside India! The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and very well furnished to ensure a relaxing stay. Hotel amenities and location are awesome. Special mention to the front desk staff - Agata, who was always cheerful, ready to help and provided a lot of useful information about the city!

  Love this place. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Clean and modern. Wide variety of breakfast. Thr cranberry sparkling water was awesome.

  Great hotel, perfectly clean and very modern, in a great location with access to the city center, a lot of services included in the room, namely fitness, spa, free coffee, tea and water. And I would highlight the outstanding reception service, very professional at all times, cordial, and smiley.

  Modern hotel not so far from the city center. Fantastic service, very wide assortment of breakfast offer. Rooms equipped with all needed equipments included small coffee express and a kettle.
