  We loved this hotel, the staff on reception could not do enough for us, shuttling us by mini bus to the underground or tram stations and even into the city and back one evening. A nice quiet setting, lovely garden to sit in but without the shuttle we would have struggled getting to the Prague. The food was good in the restaurant but customer care and service was very lacking. Nevertheless I would recommend it.

  GOOD HOTEL WITH SWIMMING POOL, BOWLING AND MINI GOLF...PEOPLES VERY KIND, BUT ABSOLUTELY NOT NORMAL THAT ONE HOTEL FINISH EACH DAY AT 9:00AM CROISSANT AND OTHERS TO MAKE THE BREAKFAST !!! PAY ATTENTION TO IT

  Outstanding service- they gave us a secure place to park our motorcycle, carried in our luggage, spoke excellent English, explained how to take public transportation into the city, had a van to shuttle us back and forth to the bus/tram stop, sold tram tickets, gave touring advice, excellent breakfast, and a big room with good air conditioning and a private seating area on a terrace. Quiet neighborhood and lovely grounds. Large outdoor seating area with a BBQ dinner one night. Laundry was done for us at only 6 euros for a load.
