::Servis was so rude. Was talking about us to each other as they did not know I can understand. Its their work to help customer and make this place nice. In the point of view its but 10 pieces, dont touch anything cause they have to tide it up and making huge drama around. So dissapointed.

::I always buy things in this outlet for gifts and for personal use...before i was ignoring staff who are very rude...but i got pissed off last time i was there when a lady told my friend not to touch anything like we are gonna steal something... you are on tourist area and every customers are allowed to check what they wanted to buy...dont be so racist like we dont have money to pay...you guys are so RACIST!!! we always recommend you to our friends but now! BIG NO! try to smile a little...i only see one person smiling there and all are GRUMPY!

::Horrible customer service and staffs are racists. We are very disappointed when we were treated rudely by the sales lady as if we are going to steal the bag that we were checking. We were already judged by the time we entered the store and you could tell by the way they stare and approach us. They're lovely to other clients who are buying only one item and we are even planning of buying at least 5 items that time to give away to our friends. We didn't dress like posh as it was just a quick drop to grab something for friends. People here should be trained well by the management. Customer service is one of the factors that attracts client. I have people also working with me and I was really disappointed how they end up working there if they have that kind of attitude.
