  200 usd for a facial care that did nothing for my skin. While I clearly stated my goal was deep pore cleansing, the facial lady ok-ed it, and did whatever. the following day my skin looked like i had no facial whatsoever (i gave it a day). when i expressed my dissatisfaction, i was told that the guerlain policy does not allow deep pore cleansing. and why exactly was i not told at the beginning of the procedure? 200 usd out of the window. a joke. thankfully it is just money. I lived in nyc for over a decade. these people obviously do not understand that a good facial is about meeting the customer's needs and not just the brand and the experience.
