  Spectacular view, individual Wi-Fi, spacious room, comfortable pillow and bed to help me sleep well, delicious breakfast I love Croissant and papaya the most. There is only one suggestion for you. When we take shower, the water spray into the floor. You can make the curtain or department around it. If you can improve it, then you not only deserve a 5-star, but a 10-star.

  This is a proper old-school, charming hotel on the edge of the town. It's enormous, so there are 2 reception areas. The one near the car park is quieter, but feels a bit "back door" - it doesn't have the same wow factor as the main reception area. There are 2 wings: river side and park side. If you're in a room in the park side, it's a bit of a trek to the breakfast room and restaurant, and you'd nearly need a shuttle bus to get to the spa/pool! That being said, the pool/thermal suite is fabulous, although the bubbles and jets seem to be on a timer, so you need to be in the right place at the right time! The Sansai thai spa is outside the hotel - you can't access it from the rooms. Our room was large, with a lovely view and a modernised bathroom, but there's no air conditioning, so if it's warm, you'll have to use the rotary fan in the room. Breakfast is served in a beautiful room, and there's a good choice of food. Staff were very pleasant and helpful throughout.

  Great location in town. However, some staff is not well trained with their guest. We were in the dining room for breakfast, but staff informed that we must leave to another smaller room for breakfast for no unknown reason. At this time, we had our food half way already. With many premium hotels that I have chance to experience in the world, this is def not 5-star hotel tratrement for their stayed guest.
