  Some agents are too pushy in order to hard sell flats, cooperated with the owner and lied to me the popularity of a flat in attempt to close my deal. Communications via emails are of a decent tone and rate only when your budget is loose. On a tight budget you have got almost no chance hearing back from them.

  After 12 months in Prague and having never ever received any help as part of my supposedly VIP package which costs a fortune, besides finding a flat which I could have done with any estate agent, I am now being targeted non-stop with continuous emails, by this agency who is generously offering me to rip me off for another 12 months. Useless to say I will not recommend and or subscribe to a renewal. Czk 36000 totally wasted!!!!
