  Disgusting treatment! I have never written a review before but I travel regularly for my job as cabin crew and this was the worst salon in the world I have visited due to the appalling customer service. I went in with a type of nail that I recognize is not common here but asked for it to be removed. It is a soak off type of nail however the staff refused to even try soaking them claiming they had no time and they didn't know about this type of nail. I was happy to explain the removal procedure and when I insisted they soak off the nails the manager again said they had no time and claimed the salon did not have acetone! I kid you not, in a nail salon??? Furthermore the gentleman doing my nails walked away and refused to continue my nails though they were semi removed. Someone else took over but still they insisted on using a drill and I was ridiculed loudly by the entire staff for the rest of my treatment The irony is toward the end of my treatment another client sat next to me, acetone appeared and her nails were soaked off Sounds unbelievable right? When I pointed out that customer was having what I asked for the manager claimed he "didn't know what was wrong" with his staff member and blamed his mood and said maybe if I come back again.... Sadly this really did happened, therefor if you want to be treated honestly and with the respect of a paying customer I suggest you steer well clear of this establishment.
