::Catastrophic service provided by consulate for obtaining a single NIE : unprecise mail or verbal instructions, diffculties to got an appointement (including once due to a .... strike !), unsympathetic behavior of the staff (except the consul himself, very pleasant and polite), very long process due to lack of follow up from their part (needed to send an ultimate email to discover that document were ready). And sherry on the cake : they left me once by accident private documents from another person.... Catastrophic....
