  Staff is friendly. But for being 4 stars, the service wasn't great. They wanted to over charge me for one night without breakfast. 300kc more. We had to ask for the cleaner to come. The feeling part of the poor service came because of my sir name, English. The location though is great. Next to a bus station. The view is great. My wife and I thought we were in little Italy, Alps. Beautiful city.
