::Be careful!!! Tried to book a car for my husband, I was told that everything is agreed and that the car will be ready within 3 hours but when my partner arrived at the airport I have called the owner who did not pick up the phone but instead sent me a text message that the car has been rented to someone else! Now my partner is stuck on the airport! Very Poor service not recommended at all!

::I needed a car for a day on weekend. I booked it online a day before. Shortly after the booking I received an e-mail confirmation and a phone call from someone of their staff, confirming the reservation. Next morning I arrived to Hybesova 38 by 8 am, as agreed, but nobody showed up. Everything was closed. I tried calling a couple of phone numbers I had (from their website, including the one they had called me from) with no luck. I waited for about an hour more, believing, that somebody just might have overslept, and trying to reach any of those phone numbers, with the same result. My weekend plans were ruined, of course.

::Nobody has contacted me for confirmation of booking, even if it was promised in first mail. I called to the provided phone number (they don't have contact information in mails :( ) and was told that the booking should be OK. They also told me, that they will respond to my mail and asked for some info over SMS, but I never heart from them back. On the day of booking I called them, and they tell me, that they don't have cars, then they realised that I already booked something and tell me, that the car is broken! Basically, all my plans are failing because of this. Why they couldn't inform me of the problem earlier?
