::The place is a zoo! There are soooo many cars and they are parked all over the place you can barely get through. Even finding the right manufacturer is difficult. But the guy who helped me at Mazda was really nice. Also I just got my car back and hear a noise that wasn't there before so we'll see what it is...

::Took them four tries to get the right part. Life isn't always perfect, but that's no excuse for ignoring the customer service email inbox and never answering the phone. Because of this and the numerous mistakes, I had no choice but to go there in person a half dozen times to get my car fixed. At least they didn't fight the fact that it was covered on warrantee.

::THE WORST auto-service experience in my life! I brought my car (Mazda CX-3 bought there on July 2017) at the Mazda service as it was crashed on the rear bumper by a taxi, done all the papers, responsibility 100% on the other car. I bring it to Auto Palace to get it fixed along with all the papers they need in order to be paid by the insurance company. The first issue starts when they tell me i can have a car in replacement but only until they release the invoice, and i wont get my car back until they get the money from the insurance company, which legally has to happen within 14 days after the invoice was released. After an intense argument and threatening of lawyers i manage to get them to offer me a demo car for free. They kept my car for 1 week vs. the 3 days i was told and then they called me to pick it up. I arrived there, asked to check the car and... 1) one of the 2 brackets that hold the bumper was still broken, not replaced. 2) One of the parking sensors was till damaged, not replaced, 3) The metal looking protection under the bumper was barely attached, moving all around. 4) The left edge of the bumper had a big paint drop. Obviously i have not taken the car back, called my lawyer and asked to speak with the manager. At the end i had to leave the car there for another 3 days, with the promise they will properly fix it, for these 3 days i was given another car that was NOT same or higher level of my car (as it should be by law). HORRIBLE car service, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CAR! They are a bunch of incompetents.
