  I bought a pair of formal shoes from here that I had worn maybe 6 times in the past few years. They acquired a minor tear by the stitching, so I took them in hoping that the shop could repair them. A few weeks later they told me that the damage was not consistent with shoes that had been worn for this number of years and that if there had been a manufacturing fault it would have occurred in the first few months of ownership. But I had only worn them on rare occasions. Anyway they told me there was nothing they could do.
