  Merely fine. Cheap, with outdoor seating. Limited beer and wine selection, with decent food that sounds a bit better than it tastes.

  A very decent place to have lunch (even on Sunday!!!). Czech cuisine from a new angle. And surely, lots of good beer. I recommend

  If you’re looking for a Czech pub near Namesti Miru, this restaurant is a very good option. They only have typical local food (which means a lot of heavy dishes with meat including starters and a few salads - also with meat). They serve local beer and wine, too. The interior is modern and simple: there are wooden tables, wooden chairs and plates with beer brands on the walls. In general, this restaurant is pretty clean and service is very nice and friendly. In the evenings, it gets really busy, and despite the place is big, it’s better to make a reservation if you’re coming in a big group. In summer, they open terrace outside, but it’s gets full very fast.

  Very happy to have discovered this vibrant gastropub only 2 minutes from our accommodation! The place gets extremely busy (and loud), however the speed and quality of service was fantastic. Even the manager was hands on and took time out to chat to us with positive enthusiasm. The menu is quite limited (especially for gluten sensitive), but the tastes and presentation of our dishes were a delight. All at very reasonable prices (at least compared to the rest of modern day Prague!). In particular, the roast chicken I had was cooked to perfection, which I rarely find in an establishment of this size. Still in the city for a few days, we’ll definitely visit at least once more!

  First rate! I love how they don't mess around with reservations here. Your name is literally at the table. We had the tartar and escargot for starters and let me tell you this chef and crew are not afraid of flavor! Delicious. At our table the 4 entrees were the trout, pork neck, grilled cutlet and beef in pastry. All of us were quite happy with the meals. Dessert of cherry strudel and the punch cake - delightful! I added pictures to Google maps so you should be able to see the dishes. Make a reservation - and GO!
