Don’t want to overrate, but PRG could easily be one of the most comfortable airports in Europe. Navigation system is pure and on point, security checks always fast, there’s basically no way you can get lost, if you fancy some shopping prior departure you won’t be disappointed. Facilities are clean. Downside is the tragic transport to the city centre, but that’s not something an airport is responsible for - blame the government. All in all - I like flying out of here and I like to come back. And that’s pretty much it.

The most comfortable, clean and organized airport out of the dozen I've been to around Europe. The conection to the city is unbeatable. You can use the public transport bus with no surcharge and intervals around 10 minutes that will take you to the metro in quarter of an hour.

I found it not convenient. There are individual security passes for gates what creates queues and you can not pass it in advance, as you need to know your gate for this. Duty free is before security so if you buy water there you can not in fact take it to the plane, no option to buy water after security either (at least wasn’t at my gate).

This facility is capable of sending and receiving planes yet I am surprised by its inefficient design - the individual security checks at gates create massive queues and are mostly understaffed. There’s also no water fountains at the gates (only in the shopping area before it) so one has to buy expensive bottled water. Some gates don’t have bathroom facilities. Otherwise, everything is clean and looks nice and modern, there’s quite a few nice shops and the queues at the passport gates at arrival are generally pretty quick.

Have only positive feedback for this airport. Spacious, comfy and modern. Police and staff are kind and helpful. Not many chairs though in waiting areas of arrivals. Lines for border control are manageable. Toilets are clean, but food court and prices for things are usually overpriced. Public transport and taxis are in abundance and well organized.
