::The waiter was quite rude. We came in right before closing, so it looked like they weren't happy to serve you, and rather tried to get rid of you as fast as possible. We were given a menu, and before we know it, the waiter came in to get an order without even giving a chance to choose. When I said I wasn't ready to order, he left with a grumpy face without a word, therefore I decided not to order anything. My friends however were very happy with the food they ordered. They said it was tasty.

::Good service and food in the restaurant. One thing to note is that you have to be in the brewery section to get their house beer. In the restaurant we were limited to Budvar .

::Stayed here 3 nights with my family in june of 2018. The pros are that it is a mostly clean hotel that is unique and in a good location between the old and new town. The cons is that it doesn't live up to a "3 star hotel" that it is billed as. Part of this comed from it being in a building that was built in the 1400's, but it was a bit too grungy for our tastes.

::Great and tasty lunch! Family friendly, dishes we served fast and very tasty. Prices are reasonable. The steak was great as well as the pea soup. Definitely recommended for a quick lunch in the middle of walking around :)

::Came here as a Czech friend recommend the bar/beer which is brewed on site. The beer called 1466 was unpasteurized and unfiltered leaving all the best tastes and goodness in the beer intact. Was not disappointed.....the beer was as good as it gets. The staff are very polite so we plan to take friends here as and when. The hotel looked interesting and with such friendly staff I'm sure many people will like to consider staying here especially if you like great beer. Great central location.
