::No amenities free in restrooms for a 5 star hotel? Overall the hotel was great, very comfortable and nice customer service. The location is just perfect, any corner in downtown can be reached within 15 minutes on foot. Very nice and cosy enviroment.

::A good boutique hotel by the river near old town Prague. Large and clean rooms, some of them have very beautiful view over river and Charles bridge! Very polite and smily face staffs at reception welcome you on arrival. Although waiters and waitress at resturant during breakfast are woeful and unprofessional:( Breakfast too!! They are charging very high for a minimal breakfast! Parking is other obstacle here!! No blue zone parking around this area, hotel charge you 1000 Kr (50$) for 24 hrs! In total, I loved hotel location and rooms but no service:) I forget to say, there is no shampoo in bathroom, they are some brand displayed to sell at €15 each at bathroom!!
