  Řidič super. Ale jinak hrozný, čekání na taxi 20 min po prijezdu zjištěno ze dispečerka volala řidiče 5 min po tom co měl být na určitém místě. No prostě strašný. Příště radši půjdu pěšky. A nebo se naučím rusky a odvezou mě možná i zadarmo...

  They are cheap, you have to give them that, but just like in case of other dissatisfied reviewers, also I was left on agreed spot without taxi, apology or even a "screw you, we're not in the mood" message. Despite an sms reservation acc. to their guide (place, time, nr. of person) and immediate confirmation, the driver picked up 3 people who were lucky to be there at the same time with their luggage, instead of that 1 (in words: one) person that made the booking. The operator later stated that "that's the way it works", and just so that you fellow travelers know and save yourself some time... that's the way the wedon'tgiveadamnaboutyouKVTaxi company actually and unfortunately works. Just get a bus if available, or try another cab maybe. At least until there is Uber working in Karlovy Vary, which will hopefully make these guys fight for their customers a bit. Oh, and keep some cash with ya, as none of the four taxi companies I've tried accepts credit cards.
