    V roce 1888 otevřela obec Bubeneč současný hřbitov. Na hřbitově je přibližně 300 hrobek, 2200 hrobů a 700 urnových hrobů. Celkem je zde pohřbeno asi 7600 zesnulých. Na bubenečském hřbitově jsou pohřbeny mimo jiné tyto významné osobnosti: František Krupka - bubenečský farář Antonín Malec - bubenečský kaplan a farář Raimund Kubík - továrník a starosta Bubenče Alois Potůček - stavitel a starosta Bubenče Antonín Šlechta - poslední soukromý provozovatel Šlechtovy restaurace Božena Benešová - spisovatelka Irena Kačírková - herečka František Smolík - herec (urna byla přemístěna na Slavín) Zdeněk Smetana - tvůrce animovaných filmů Jiří Sequens - režisér Cyril Bouda - grafik a ilustrátor Oldřich Kulhánek - grafik, autor současných českých bankovek
