  Stayed overnight for a couple of days in June 2018, the hotel is well located at a short walk from the Jiřího z Poděbrad metro station that lets you go anywhere around Prague easily. Quiet area and well connected. Rooms are spaciou, well equipped and clean. Staff is friendly and available 24h. Good value hotel.

  I travelled to Prague with 5 of my colleagues and all of us expected something else from a 4-star hotel. My room was quite small and crowded. The door lock caused trouble every time we tried to open it. The bathroom, apparently clean in the first day, was home to 3 little black roaches. So we were not alone during our stay.:) On a more positive note, the concierge were really helpful, customer - oriented and the breakfast was quite varied and tasty. Thumbs up for that, but you should take care of cleanliness and maintenance.

  I've been there for a week with my boyfriend. For the money we paid, we could say that it was fine. However, beside the reception, which was always there to help, there were some things we didn't like. The bathroom was not properly cleaned during the week and it was mopped just once. Sometimes, the pressure of the water was very low in the morning as well. And the breakfast had a few unpleasant issues. The bread (just sometimes) and the pastries were off, the yogurts were not cold and the glasses we used for water or juice had a funny smell and taste. It didn't meet the standards of a 4 star hotel.

  My boyfriend and I were in Prague for the first time last week and we had the worst experience at this hotel... Starting with the toilet that was broken when we got there and the entire time we were there, there were holes in the curtains and we found a piece of the mirror in one of our bedside table drawers... Apparently the doors were soundproof which is absolutely not true, we could hear when someone was just walking in the hallway. So when a group of people probably the same age as us on a school trip arrived, I couldn’t sleep for 3 nights- out of the 4 we were in Prague because of the infernal noise they were making..... When I brought this up with the receptionists, the woman at the reception pulled a bottle of prosecco and told me ‘maybe this will make you sleep 😉😉’ - was I just bribed by the receptionist? - obviously didn’t take the bottle. The only thing that was okay about the stay was the breakfast, actually just the food as on one of the mornings I had to awkwardly walk around for more than 5 minutes with my food in my hand because there were no seats available as the room is so tiny. As the first time in Prague, I was tired 90% of the time because I had no sleep, and when the main activity was walking around and visiting the city that ruined the whole experience. Absolutely do not recommend!

  Just home after spending 4 nights here. Excellent hotel. Really nice room with antique style furniture. Room cleaned every day. Warm and comfortable. Great buffet breakfast with a wonderful selection. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy access to centre by metro. Good value for money, highly recommend.
