  I attended a wedding reception here on 25 May 2018. I liked the appearance of the hotel. The reception was in the congress hall which was spacious. The staff were pleasant and did a great job serving meals and drinks. The meals were very nice. There is a terrace adjoining the congress hall which was very pleasant to relax and enjoy the outdoors. There is a grass area where people can sit too, and also activities for children to play. The toilets were clean and not smelly. Overall it was a very pleasant hotel for the reception. I would recommend this hotel for wedding receptions or other similar occasions.

  Perfect for those who want to relax in a calm place further from the city centre of Prague. Cosy room with tasty breakfast. People are are kind and friendly.

  The hotel is located about 40 minutes by bus and tram, 20 minutes by train, from the city centre. It has seen better times as everything looks worn and in spots lacks cleanliness. The rooms are spacious and fairly well equipped, beds are borderline small for tall people (I am 190 cm) and too narrow for big people. The mattresses are OK for a couple of nights. The bathroom/shower is a bit too dirty for my taste and the toilet was not mounted to the floor :-) Breakfast was rudimentary but OK. The price /value relation is good, though and if your budget is limited this do for a short stay.

  I did not recommend this "Hotel" for anybody! We have had a reservation in last year and i have wrote an e-mail to confirm the reservation. I did not received anything in the following week, after then i have talked to the mediator company, who give us an answer in the following days. After almost 6 hours of travel, we have arrived at the Hotel. We have asked at the receptionist about our room, who did not understand our English and was very rude. He has just thrown to us our keys and did not said anyting. If we asked about something, he played the fool. The rooms were dirty and unclean. The Bathroom stinked like a sewer, we have seen the previous guests hair in the washbasin. The door was so bad, that if somebody would lightly kicked it in he would be easily in our room. On the next day we eaten the breakfast, what was not bad regarding the experiences so far, yet the diner was a big disaster. We have talked with the bartender, that we have payed for it and what is menu. He did not speak english or german, he did not understand us. With great effort he brought out an onion like soop and a stew like food with bread. The soup was so bad, that we have left it on our table. The stew is a strong definition for 4 tiny pieces of meat in a big dish, with wet bread. We have had an extra beer tasting with 4-5 kinds of beer. I have talked to the bartender, who said "Pay for it". For what? A free beer taste that was in the coupon? With a big effort he served us 1 pints of beer. On the last day the receptionist was very unfriendly to us. If there could an option 0 i would give it to this place, because the 1 star rating is also too good for it. Next time i will rather pay more for another Hotel in Prague.

  I can not recommend this hotel. We had a reservation for 2 rooms and 4 adults at this hotel, which was confirmed by the hotel via e-mail and phone. We payed in advance. When we arrived, it was told to us that we didn't have any reservation and they are full booked. I let the receptionist see the reservation emails and our voucher and the invoice, but she still said, no rooms available and "she doesn't care". She was really rude with us and not helpful. Finally we got 2 keys. 1 room was a kind of loft room probably only for storing things. The small room had only one small bed (for two adults!!!) and a terrible bathroom. We had to go back to the reception and say that this was not ok. The answer: yes, she knows there is only one bed, but that's it. Finally later we got 2 beds in the loft room and the promise that from the following night we will get an other room. During our stay the personnel was not kind with us, and never helpful and we met many problems there... (Only the younger girl and man were nice, but we met to them only for few minutes). We did not get what we paid for. No discount or a free beer (at least) because of the lots of annoyance. We left the hotel very disappointed.
