  5 Sterne wofür? Gebuchter Balkon, negativ. Fenster nur zum kippen nicht zum ganz öffnen. Toller Blick zur grauen Hinterhof-Fassade in ca. 5 m Abstand. Ab ca. 23:00 Uhr Nachts Getöse aus dem Gebläse ca.5 m vom Zimmerfenster entfernt. Zum Duschen muß man in die Badewanne, ein großes Problem für Gehbehinderte. Aber man ist stolz darauf, dass auf der Toilette Toilettenpapier bereitgestellt wird. An der Rezeption will oder kann man nicht Deutsch sprechen.

  We arrived quite early but they gave us a room without any hassle. Room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent with live piano as background music. Cannot comment on the restaurant as we found small local restaurants to eat at. All staff were friendly and helpful with nothing being a problem. An easy walk or tram ride into town and there are a couple local shops close by should you need anything.

  Didn't like! About a week before we came, I requested a room higher up with a nice view if was possible, because I booked it as a present for my partners birthday. Hotel did not reply to say if they will provide that or not. In the end got a room on second floor which had a wall on the other side of the hotel as our view, so was really disappointed as rooms aren't that cheap. Didn't like the housekeeping side of our stay either, not one of three people spoke any English. We went for breakfast one morning and left the sign on the door requesting for the room to be done. Came back and it was already done, which was great. Within the next hour girl came barging in the room saying : "Housekeeping!" three times and letting herself in when I was "pardon me" sitting on the toilet at some point. Which I have no idea why when the room has already been done about an hour ago that she has done herself I assume as she was the only one cleaning on our floor. All the facilities in the rooms were great apart from quilts that were absolutely tiny, barely could cover myself. Did like! Loved the breakfast, was amazing, a lot of choice and best bacon I ever tasted! Staff on reception were brilliant. All public transport, restaurants, pubs and cafes a couple minutes walk from the hotel. The highlight of our stay was meeting a very big American celebrity having breakfast 2 feet away from us. Great interior design in the hotel and rooms, AC, WiFi reception was really well also.

  Flot hotel med rigtig god service og alt muligt til morgenmads buffet og det smagte godt.

  Flot lobby og venligt personale. Til prisen kunne værelset dog godt have været bedre. Sengene var gode, men eksempelvis kunne toiletdøren ikke lukkes helt i, og vi var uheldige at få et værelse med meget dårlig udsigt. Morgenmaden var fin.
